Beaver Street Commissary is a licensed commercial kitchen that has provided services to caterers, meal prep companies, food trucks, and food purveyors for 14 years. The commissary has three kitchens, dry storage, coolers, and freezers, as well as an adjacent secure food truck parking lot with electric plug-ins and prep space.
